This is what I call Maint Event. This past Monday Night on Raw (2/25/13) we saw a match that we have seen before but it doesnt really matter to me. CM Punk versus John Cena si for some reason always great to see.
John Cena put on line his championship match at WrestleMania againts CM Punk and he won, so its now official (which to be has been since he won Royal Rumble, buk okay). John Cena will face The Rock at WrestleMania for WWE championship. To be quiete honest, I am not looking forward this match, cuz I dont really liked their match last year. It was not anything special to me. And for more, wasnt it "once in a lifetime" match?
But I dont wanna talk about that. I want to review and get my opinion about he match we saw on Raw, because that was epic. I think its safe to say that this past Monday Night was one of the best shows in this calendar year, it was (maybe) the best show we've seen in 2013.
I mean what can I tell you about the match! It was absolutely awesome. I think we all knew John Cena is gonna win, but the match was so good, that I did not even mind. I really loved it. The star of the match was (at least for me) CM Punk, but you know what, Cena was actually good. I was impressed, because I am not a huge fan of him (but I do respect him).

Brock Lesnar vs. Triple H
This past Monday Night on Raw 2/25/13 we saw real old fashion fight between Brock Lesnar and Triple H and I loved it! It all started with Vince McMahon who was supposed to have fight with Paul Heyman. Well when mister McMahon was about to hit Heyman, Brock Lesnar´s music started to play.
But Brock Lesnar when Brock Lesnar came into the ring and was about to F5 Vince McMahon we heard another music. And it was "its time to play the game!" To be honest, for a moment I thought that maybe Stephanie McMahon will be the one who will walk out, cuz we saw her after Brock´s attact a few weeks ago. But it was Triple H (with his new hair style).
And then it started and it was kinda epic. It was awesome and I hope we will see NQ match between these two at WrestleMania. It would be a great match, I believe. I was very excited to see Triple H back in the ring, cuz to me he is a great wrestler.

New WWE title!
That is the most comment topic in WWE right now. On last Raw The Rock introduced to the world the new WWE title. And people like to express their opinion about it. There are people who love it for some reasons and people who hate it for some reasons. There is one thing that is very important, we have to separate two things when we say our opinion.
Number one is the title itself. It looks good. As The Rock said "its a more badass" that the last one. I have nothing againts the last title, but I like the new one and I think after 8 years, its time to do a change. I never thought that the "old" title looks like a toy, but in comparesen to the new title, it does! There is one thing that I think we all dislike and thats the fact that there is no name plate for the champion. I feel without it the title is not as personal as it used to be.
The second thing we need to discuss is the way new title was presented. The Rock was givin the right to introduced the new title and people dont like it. WWE had two choices. Number one, let CM Punk introduced the title. But I believe they were afraid that people will not like the title, cuz CM Punk would be presented as the one "who made it," and we all know, he is not popular right now. The second choice was (and thats the way WWE decided to go) let The Rock introduced the title. They probably thought that everybody loves The Rock, they they will like the title, right?! Well not really, because people say something that I 100% agree with and thats the fact that The Rock did not deserve to get this opportunity.
So what is my opinion about the title? I like the new title and I think we all just need more time to get used to it, but I think it looks great. And yes, I did not like the way the new title was introduced, but then again, it happend and we can not do anything about it!

Jack Swagger won Elimination Chamber match!
I think we all were suprised by the winner of Elimination Chamber match. The match by itself was not really that speacial to me. I still remember the one from last year and I have to say I enjoyed that one a lot more. But It was not a bad match at all, I just think we saw better ones.
I personally thought that the winner will be eather Mark Henry or Chris Jericho. I was hoping it will not be Randy Orton, because (as you may know if you read my blog) I am not a fan of him. But the victory we saw was very unexpedted. Once WWE really suprised me here.
I have to say I am happy with the winner and can not wait till Wrestlemania. Now there is still MITB winner Dolph Ziggler who can cashed his MITB contract, so we can not say if Jack Swagger will go againts Alberto del Rio at WrestleMania. Maybe he will go one on one with Dolph Ziggler for that title.
But my opinion is this : The match will happend between Alberto del Rio and Jack Swagger. Maybe it will have some special rules to it and whoever wins will not walk out as a champion, because Dolph Ziggler will cash his MITB contract.
